Key Responsibilities:

  • Line Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Maintaining Kitchen Culture: Foster a professional and positive kitchen environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  • Recipe Execution: Execute and maintain prep and dish recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in all menu items.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective team leadership strategies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
