Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of equipment usage and maintenance protocols.
2. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all culinary workspaces.
3. Familiarize oneself with table and seating arrangements, restaurant capacity, operational hours, and proper dining setups.
4. Adhere strictly to health regulations and company policies regarding food safety.
5. Collaborate with the Head Cook or Sous Chef to discuss assignments, expected business volumes, and other relevant information impacting job performance.
6. Organize and prepare all necessary ingredients and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
7. Ensure all kitchen areas are equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to meet operational demands.
8. Conduct inspections of the kitchen line, flooring, and all cooking stations to ensure cleanliness and order.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a culinary role within a high-paced environment.
- Culinary training certification required.
- Valid food handling certification.
- Ability to adapt and modify recipes as needed.
- Previous experience in guest relations is preferred.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
