The Culinary Service Associate is responsible for delivering food that meets our high visual and timing standards, ensuring that guests receive an outstanding experience. You will engage with guests during food delivery and anticipate their needs before departing from the table. Additionally, you will maintain a well-organized expo area and collaborate with fellow team members to address guest requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid CA Food Handler's Card.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Thorough understanding of busser standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute opening tasks as assigned.
  • Clear and reset tables in accordance with restaurant guidelines, ensuring bus stations are well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with front desk and servers to provide efficient service and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to service standards when assisting guests, including refilling beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant during your shift.
  • Support the restaurant team by assisting wherever necessary.
  • Engage with guests, management, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards, complying with all health regulations.
  • Complete closing tasks as directed.
  • Report to the manager before concluding your shift.
