  • Manage and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Steward to review equipment needs, banquet plate up assistance, cleaning schedule/project status, health/safety and sanitation follow up.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of kitchen areas to ensure quality and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Prepare and manage kitchen budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
