Role Summary:
Snelling is seeking a dedicated Office Administration and Accounting Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role encompasses a variety of administrative, reception, and accounting responsibilities, including managing accounts payable, invoicing clients, and overseeing customer collections. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously and exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary front desk representative
- Managing accounts payable by collecting vendor invoices
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Following up with clients to secure payment on overdue invoices
- Providing support for customer service representative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma; Associate's degree is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
