Job Summary

NFI Parts is a leading provider of parts, technical publications, training, and support for buses and motor coaches. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily invoicing, cash posting, and collection of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administer manual invoices and credit/debit memos as required.
  • Maintain customer database information, including new customer additions and address updates.
  • Perform collections and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure assigned accounts are kept within the DSO target.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience with collections a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
