Job Summary: Boeing is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Core Contracting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Selection and Negotiation: Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Contract Execution: Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
  • Supplier Improvement: Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
  • Contracting Experience: More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
  • Supplier Management: More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • TINA Experience: More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).
  • FAR Experience: More than 3 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).

Additional Information:

  • Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
  • Travel: Position may require travel up to 20% of the time.
