Volt is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our operations.

Position Type: Full-time contract

Duration: 12 months

As a Procurement Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating customer-specific reports and basic charts to assist procurement agents and management in analyzing procurement elements such as supplier costs, delivery timelines, and quality metrics. You will manage low-value, uncomplicated procurement tasks under close supervision and assist in executing transactions based on established agreements.
  • Inputting, extracting, and updating data within procurement databases to maintain accuracy and timeliness for agents and management.
  • Gathering, organizing, and refining data from various systems to provide insights to procurement agents and management, facilitating effective evaluation of procurement processes and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A High School Diploma along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing and procurement.
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

*The offered pay range will depend on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
