HCI Equity Portfolio Partners is dedicated to delivering exceptional value in the investment sector, focusing on strategic procurement to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the procurement process by sourcing authorized products and services from suppliers.
  2. Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish beneficial agreements.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications.
  4. Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand trends, and develop appropriate replenishment schedules.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality product delivery.
  6. Continuously assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate the ordering of production components.
  8. Collaborate with the Warehouse team to optimize inventory storage and identify space requirements.
  9. Engage with Finance and Marketing departments to address necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. Previous experience in a procurement role.
  3. Relevant certifications and training.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  7. Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
  8. Proficient in procurement software and MS Office suite.
