Position Overview

A.T. Still University's Communication & Marketing (ATSU-C&M) is looking for a dedicated full-time marketing support specialist. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to the marketing team, contributing to the university's mission of advancing healthcare education and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer vital administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files related to marketing initiatives, projects, and budgets.
  • Procure and manage marketing supplies and materials as necessary.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for marketing personnel.
  • Process invoices and facilitate approvals for signatures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics coordination and on-site management.
  • Assist in organizing webinars and conferences by managing registrations and overseeing promotional materials.
  • Help maintain project schedules and timelines for marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Regularly evaluate and update university webpages to ensure content accuracy.
  • Contribute to internal communications regarding marketing updates and events.
  • Encourage collaboration and information sharing among team members and university stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing is preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing and adaptability to new technologies and trends.
