Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, the Environmental Services Technician III is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of flooring within our healthcare facility. This role involves utilizing safe work practices and the appropriate application of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain floors through various cleaning techniques including:
- Mopping
- Scrubbing
- Stripping
- Polishing
2. Ensure adherence to safety protocols while handling cleaning agents and equipment.
3. Be cross-trained in Environmental Service Technician I duties to assist with general cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or environmental services
- Strong communication skills and ability to comprehend instructions
- Service-oriented mindset
