Job Overview

At Sun Nuclear Corp, our technicians are essential in the development of Phantom Technology and Tissue stimulation, working under the guidance of supervisors and engineers. In a manufacturing environment, our technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Measuring, mixing, and pouring chemicals utilizing standard laboratory equipment.
  • Evaluating production batches and performing precise measurements.
  • Conducting quality assessments to ensure product integrity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technicians must adhere to established plans and specifications while demonstrating:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Compliance with all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
  • Inspection of completed work to ensure it meets specifications.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A strong commitment to timely task completion.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to changing work conditions and the ability to manage competing demands.

Educational Requirements

A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
