Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the Environmental Services Technician III is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of flooring within our healthcare facility. This role involves employing safe work practices and utilizing various cleaning methods and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and enhance the cleanliness of floors through:
- Mopping
- Scrubbing
- Stripping
- Polishing
2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
3. Be cross-trained in Environmental Service Technician I competencies to assist with additional cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or environmental services, or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Strong communication skills and service orientation.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality settings.
