• Expand market share within the designated territory by cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assess new construction initiatives and pursue potential leads.
• Analyze industrial requirements and follow up with potential leads.
• Assist management with sales forecasting related to budgets and market share.
• Coordinate, lead, and oversee sold projects.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
• Deliver formal presentations to clients and educate them on equipment.
• Be prepared to provide support beyond standard working hours.
• Mentor and train Core TAMs on identified opportunities.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Proficient in selling complex products and solutions.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend market dynamics and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Familiarity with various phases of commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of industrial environments and processes supported by rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps.

• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency.
