Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Red Bull North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional key account volume quotas, spending budgets, and results within the Kroger chain.
  • Develop productive business relationships with assigned accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Align regional programming and promotional activities with the overarching chain strategy and Joint Business Plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of sales and key account experience in the beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience working with chains across multiple channels, including grocery and convenience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
  • Ability to travel 40-50%.
