Regional Sales Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Greene Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the HVAC/Plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including product recommendations and sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate sales projections and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC/Plumbing industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
