  • Collaborate with Operations personnel and other Sales Managers to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a balanced network within the territory.
  • Prepare territory reports and assist with accounts receivables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of related sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with customer and vendor personnel to achieve desired objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver concise reports and presentations.
  • Successful completion of the CFI Sales Manager training course.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The Sales Manager will work in a light industrial environment, with occasional travel required. The position involves standing, walking, and using office equipment, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The employee must have the ability to drive safely and have all necessary capabilities to do so.
