Membership Sales Director Job Summary

The Membership Sales Director is a key role at Clubcorp Usa Incorporated, responsible for driving membership sales and growth. This position requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve departmental revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing members and prospects.
  • Represent the Club in local events and activities to promote awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing Department to develop programs and campaigns to create brand awareness and recognition.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • High energy and outgoing personality.
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.
