We are in search of a strategic Vice President of Technology to spearhead our technological initiatives.

Candidate Profile: You are a seasoned data specialist, system architect, and developer eager to tackle the challenges associated with sensitive data access while propelling the AI revolution forward. You are enthusiastic about designing the framework for a new category of technology products: trustless, distributed, combinatorial data engines that enable the secure integration of sensitive private datasets for AI training. You possess the time, dedication, and autonomy to join a pioneering team and collaborate with leading investors eager to drive global AI innovation.

Role Overview: As the Co-Founder & Vice President of Technology, you will play a crucial role in a transformative company poised to redefine the AI landscape. Initially, your focus will be on outlining the design of a new product category based on existing patents and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders. This position is envisioned as a part-time commitment (25%) that can be balanced with other professional responsibilities for a limited duration during the fundraising phase.

  • Pushing the limits of what is achievable at the intersection of data and AI
  • Leading the development and management of a novel cloud solution with elastic scalability

Required Qualifications:

  • A sense of humor and resilience from past technology challenges, combined with intelligence and humility.
  • Demonstrated experience in building cloud-scale data management or processing systems that adhere to stringent data privacy and security regulations.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of current methodologies that our innovations will replace, including secure enclaves, homomorphic encryption, and Private Join and Compute functionality.
  • Proficiency in modern database design and architecture, with the ability to adapt ABAC and RBAC to meet organizational needs.
  • Experience working with investors, understanding their nuances, and maintaining focus amidst challenges.
  • A master's degree is required, with a PhD being a plus, along with experience in prestigious academic environments.
  • A veteran in the startup ecosystem, possessing a deep understanding of its dynamics.
  • A proactive attitude, a dislike for blame culture, and a strong drive for speed and efficiency.
