Our firm excels in merger and acquisition, recapitalization, and capital raising advisory services, with a strong emphasis on technology and software sectors. Our team boasts extensive experience in transportation SaaS, insurance SaaS, and real estate SaaS, with a particular focus on transportation SaaS transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The Vice President will play a crucial role in our growing, dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to engage in live deal execution while mentoring junior bankers throughout the process. We seek individuals who are dedicated, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Management and Deal Execution – oversee and guide a team of associates and analysts, managing various responsibilities throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Creation of Marketing Materials – develop persuasive marketing documents, including pitches, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and valuation presentations.
  • Financial Modeling – construct and maintain intricate financial models, demonstrating a deep understanding of SaaS KPIs and revenue retention metrics.
  • Valuation Analysis – conduct comprehensive analyses using precedent transactions and public trading comparables to assess valuation drivers.
  • Industry Research – perform in-depth research to evaluate market trends and data.

Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates will exhibit strong leadership capabilities, a collaborative spirit, and exceptional communication skills. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in investment banking at leading firms, demonstrating a commitment to high-profile transactions.

Desired qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in technology investment banking with a proven track record.
  • Attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Exemplary business judgment and ethical standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative office setting.
  • An MBA is a plus.
