Our team possesses extensive expertise in technology and software, particularly in the transportation, insurance, and real estate SaaS verticals. Our focus on transportation SaaS has been particularly robust, marking us as leaders in this sector.

With over 20 successful transportation SaaS transactions completed in recent years, we have established a strong M&A pipeline for the future, including several high-value deals. Our achievements in 2023 have set a new benchmark for the firm, and we are poised for continued success.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Vice President who is eager to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere. The VP role offers the chance to engage in live deal execution and to mentor junior bankers throughout the deal process. We value hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

As a Vice President on our technology team, you will take on significant responsibilities related to deal execution and pitching. Your primary focus will be on live transactions, allowing you to contribute to every phase of the deal lifecycle. We are looking for candidates who excel in collaborative environments and are committed to a long-term career in investment banking.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Management and Deal Execution – Lead and mentor a team of associates and analysts, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Marketing Material Development: Create compelling presentations, confidential information memorandums, and other transaction-related materials.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain intricate financial models, including revenue analyses and SaaS KPIs.
  • Valuation Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses using precedent transactions and public comparables, demonstrating key valuation drivers.
  • Industry Research: Perform detailed market research and assess emerging trends.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education

Successful candidates will exhibit strong leadership capabilities, a dedication to teamwork, and excellent communication skills. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in investment banking, preferably with top-tier firms or elite boutiques.

Desired qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of technology investment banking experience with a proven track record in complex transactions.
  • Attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
