Key Responsibilities

The Vice President role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. As a Vice President on our technology team, you will take on substantial responsibilities related to deal execution and client engagement. The role involves:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of associates and analysts throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial pitch to final close.
  • Creating compelling marketing materials, including pitches, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and valuation presentations.
  • Developing and maintaining intricate financial models, with a focus on SaaS metrics such as revenue retention and growth analyses.
  • Conducting thorough valuation analyses and industry research to identify key valuation drivers for SaaS enterprises.

Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, a strong commitment to teamwork, and excellent communication skills. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in investment banking, preferably with top-tier firms or elite boutiques, and a proven track record of managing high-profile transactions.

Essential qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant technology investment banking experience with a solid history of executing complex deals.
