Vice President of Investment Banking - Focus on Technology and Software Services

Our expertise lies in merger and acquisition advisory, recapitalization, and capital raising services, particularly within the technology and software sectors. Our team is well-versed in various verticals, with a strong emphasis on transportation SaaS.

In recent years, we have successfully completed over 20 transactions in the transportation SaaS sector, establishing a robust pipeline for future opportunities. Our track record has garnered us recognition within the industry, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Vice President will play a crucial role in our team, engaging in live deal execution and providing mentorship to junior bankers. The position entails:

  • Leading client management and deal execution, overseeing a team of associates and analysts throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Creating compelling marketing materials, including pitches and valuation presentations.
  • Developing and maintaining intricate financial models, with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and KPIs.
  • Conducting thorough valuation analyses and industry research to support deal strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities, a collaborative spirit, and exceptional communication skills. The following qualifications are preferred:

  • A degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology investment banking, with a proven record of managing complex transactions.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A commitment to professional growth and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $275,000 annually, contingent upon experience and deal execution history.
