The role of the Viewing Room Store Associate, also known as a "Sleep Guide," is integral to our unique business model. This position combines the supportive environment of our corporate call center with the interactive experience of the Viewing Room. Our associates deliver personalized sales assistance to guests while also providing support to e-commerce customers through phone and live chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and collaborate with customers and team members during scheduled shifts.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our products while effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Maintain consistent attendance as a fundamental expectation of performance.
  • Availability to work during weekends and major retail holidays is required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in Retail Sales or Customer Service, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or a call center is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for building rapport.
  • A genuine passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Organized with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and related software.
  • A positive demeanor is a valued trait.
