Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Passionately represent our products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers, providing product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Sales and Customer Experience Goals: Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives, providing comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Operational and Administrative Tasks: Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate.
  • Sales Excellence and Professionalism: Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates, complying with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma / GED
  • Relative Work Experience: 2-5 Years
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule: Including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed.
