Key Responsibilities:

Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service through the efficient handling of all transactions and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

  • Provide exemplary customer service by welcoming each visitor, responding to inquiries, and assisting with product selections.
  • Ensure your designated sales area is well-stocked and adheres to merchandising standards regarding color, size, and category.
  • Accurately manage all procedures related to customer purchases, exchanges, and returns as per company guidelines.
  • Engage with customers using suggestive selling techniques to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, current promotions, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in maintaining the fitting room area and returning items to the sales floor as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to lift and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to climb ladders and perform various physical tasks throughout your shift.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately as directed by management.

Work Environment:

This position may require working in a fast-paced retail environment, where teamwork and collaboration are essential.
