The role of the Viewing Room Store Associate, also known as a "Sleep Guide," is integral to our business model. This position merges the welcoming atmosphere of our Viewing Rooms with the supportive nature of our corporate call center. Our associates will provide personalized sales assistance to guests in the Viewing Room while also offering support to e-commerce customers through phone and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist customers in person during scheduled shifts.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our products while effectively resolving customer inquiries.
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance as a fundamental aspect of job performance.
  • Availability to work on weekends and major retail holidays is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in Retail Sales or Customer Service, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effortlessly build rapport with customers.
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Organized and capable of prioritizing tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and relevant software.
  • A positive attitude is highly valued (we prioritize hiring kind individuals).
