We are in search of a Full-Time Customer Experience Specialist to represent our brand and showcase our exceptional products. This role is ideal for a brand ambassador who values career growth and stability.

As a vital member of Joybird's Retail Sales team, your primary focus will be on providing an outstanding customer experience. As the initial point of contact for our customers, qualities such as dedication, professionalism, effective communication, self-motivation, and a strong sense of empathy are essential for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

In the capacity of a Key Holder, you will demonstrate managerial capabilities. This role involves opening and closing the store and fulfilling additional responsibilities in the absence of management.

Supervise the sales floor during peak periods, offering support to the sales team and ensuring that the store meets its financial objectives while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Act as a Lead Sales Associate, setting an example for the sales team in generating sales and providing outstanding customer service, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain the showroom's design and visual standards in accordance with merchandising guidelines.

Enhance sales by developing and nurturing a robust client base, building your personal clientele book, and driving store sales through follow-ups, phone calls, and personalized outreach.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop programs and initiatives aimed at improving customer experiences.

Provide valuable insights to our product, marketing, and technology teams regarding customer needs and feedback.

Listen to and acknowledge customer feedback and complaints, empathizing and presenting the best possible solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

A passion for enhancing the customer service experience.

Familiarity with the furniture industry is advantageous.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities and maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Capability to regularly lift objects weighing over 50 pounds and adhere to safety requirements.
