**Job Summary**

Subzero Wolfsc, a leading distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at our newly remodeled showroom. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute the appointment setting process for the showroom, including the pre-visit interview.
  • Provide an engaging and value-added showroom or virtual consultation for customers, whether it be a planned visit or walk-in.
  • Support customers via telephone, booking appointments, sharing information, and uncovering their needs.
  • Partner with dealers and trade professionals to build trust and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Maintain a beautiful and comfortable work environment for both your team and guests.
  • Execute a seamless retail hand-off and positive customer experience between showroom visit and product installation.
  • Partner with the Showroom Manager to ensure consistent high-quality service and follow-up, incorporating feedback and taking initiative in developing ongoing product knowledge.
  • Support promotional showroom activity/events and overall operations.
  • Maintain positive long-term customer relationships; follow up with clients encouraging additional referral leads and repeat business.
  • Participate in on-going product knowledge and training.
  • Organized, efficient, and a conscious team member.

**Requirements:**

  • High School or better.
  • Minimum 3 years retail sales environment.
  • Experience utilizing computer systems to track data (CRM).
  • Background in high-end luxury resort/hospitality markets.
  • Basic exposure to design/merchandising a plus, but not required.
