Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the customer’s journey by executing additional tasks that ensure the dealership leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring customers receive the best care.
  • Guarantee that the daily allocation of technicians' time is consistently utilized to serve customers effectively.
  • Efficiently assign tasks among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company benchmarks.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues; procure parts and tools as required.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
  • Organize schedules and delegate tasks to service department personnel.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to established standards.
  • Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain good employee relations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on hiring and disciplinary actions within the service department.
