Hansen Talent Group is seeking a skilled Workstation Support Analyst to join our team in a large enterprise environment.

This individual will be responsible for representing workstation support on major projects, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, Install, and Maintain Desktop Software and Hardware: Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and Update Dispatch System: Work on incoming tickets as assigned, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Develop end-user guidelines, configure, install, monitor, and maintain IT users' workstation software and hardware.
  • Ensure Data Backup and Security: Ensure proper backing up of data from user workstations and that tools and equipment are licensed and approved by IS purchasing.
  • Adhere to Security Configurations: Ensure proper configuration and adherence to security configurations and settings.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Provide Consultation and Training: Able to provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
  • On-the-Spot Training: Able to provide on-the-spot training to users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks.
  • Operating System Imaging: Understand operating systems imaging concepts, ensuring seamless deployment of new workstations.
  • Hardware and Software Recommendations: Able to make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as you'll directly work with project managers and clients.
