About the Role:
- Responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provides technical support and guidance to users, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with IT users on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
- Deliver on-the-spot training to users, empowering them to effectively utilize IT resources.
- Stay up-to-date with operating systems imaging concepts and make recommendations on hardware and software product selection to address business requirements.
- Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Possess A+ Certification and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop software and hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
