Job Overview

The Healthcare Reception Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support within a medical environment. This role involves assisting patients and ensuring a smooth operational flow in the office.


Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and manage equipment as needed
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to all patients with a focus on care and respect
  • Adhere to established protocols, policies, and safety standards
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions to management
  • Guide patients to appropriate areas for their evaluations and treatments
  • Assist licensed healthcare professionals in preparing treatment areas and equipment
  • Apply therapeutic modalities as directed by qualified staff
  • Support patients in therapeutic exercises and daily living activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage supply levels
