Job Summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our Auto Care and Major Account sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase Auto Care and Major Account sales
  • Communicate and execute strategic initiatives, program adoption, sales promotions, and program training for our Auto Care and Major Account segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Auto Care and Major Account customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Auto Care and Major Account programs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays as required
  • Proficient in standard corporate productivity tools, including Qlik, PowerBi, MS Office, and CRM applications
