3. Assess workforce requirements and ensure the organization is equipped for success regarding resources (budget, staffing, management structure, etc.) and competencies.
4. Mentor leaders on HR processes, talent development, and fostering a high-performance culture.

5. Collaborate with HR functions to oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including workforce management, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, rewards, and employee engagement initiatives.

6. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and adapt organizational structure to optimize design and prepare for future success, including span of control, succession planning, and geographical talent distribution.

7. Manage change initiatives, ensuring effective communication during organizational transitions.

8. Work collaboratively with HR partners, cross-functional teams, and business leaders to achieve necessary business outcomes.

9. Participate in or lead projects aimed at continuous improvement in HR process delivery.

Who You Are

Possess experience in strategizing and executing workforce initiatives for a business entity, ideally within substantial technology firms.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR business partnering concepts and HR management practices.
Exhibit the ability to influence and provide recommendations across functions in a matrixed environment, ensuring efficiency and cultural awareness.
Proficient in proactively addressing challenges and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Capable of evaluating complex situations and analyzing data to make informed judgments and propose solutions.
