- Community Engagement: Engage with the community and centers of influence to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Commercial Insurance Experience: 8+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of risk management and sales principles.
- Negotiation and Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Licenses and Certifications: State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses, as well as non-resident licenses as required.
- Education: College degree or CPCU certification preferred.
