Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Staff Financial Group, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including job posting, advertisement, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS (Paycom) experience preferred.
