Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description
At Staff Financial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Recruitment Process Management: Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Selection and Hiring: Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS (Paycom) experience, preferred.
