Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Management specialist to join our team at The Methodical Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization that values excellence and creativity.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in training delivery and human capital management, with a strong background in HRIS systems and program administration. They will be responsible for delivering training and content related to Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization, and other HR modules within the HR department. Additionally, they will provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, creating internship programs, interviewing, and hiring best practices, and using Workday to streamline the recruiting process.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly with audiences at all levels. They will also have aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis, with experience in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

This position requires strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

In terms of qualifications, the minimum requirement is a high school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources. Alternatively, one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or position equivalent may be considered. We welcome applicants who possess relevant certifications, training, or intern experience that demonstrates their knowledge and skills in human capital management and HRIS systems.
