Campus Recruiter

As a Campus Recruiter at National Guard Employment Network, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent from universities and colleges throughout the southeast region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with business leaders, career services, and fellow campus recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host career events, including in-house career days and college career fairs, to connect with potential candidates.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting insightful interviews, and performing thorough skills assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, college career services, professors, and student groups to enhance the company's visibility on campus.
- Promote the company's employer brand to students and recent graduates, showcasing its values and benefits.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in campus recruiting, preferably with a background in career services or recruitment.
- Exceptional consultative, strategic thinking, problem-solving, influential, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage, consult, and partner effectively with both external and internal clients.
- Advanced skills with Applicant Tracking Systems, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
