Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support our team at ABA Health Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the office environment to ensure a productive and efficient workspace.
- Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Greet and assist onsite clients, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Generate and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Update clients' health records and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other medical offices, hospitals, and facilities to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform all other office tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
