Job Summary:

As an Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator at Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client intake, coordinating doctor visits and lab tests, and performing outreach to service more clients for housing. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies, evaluating client performance, and reporting to the Director daily. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will be essential in this role, as you will be working closely with clients, doctors, and outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client intake and complete necessary forms
Coordinate doctor visits and lab tests
Perform outreach to service more clients for housing
Order office supplies
Evaluate and monitor client performance
Report to the Director daily
Create a database to track clients
Answer calls and perform filing

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
Part-time position, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9am-2pm
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
Understanding of trauma and its effects on behaviors
Ability to multitask and prioritize commitments
Must have at least 2 years of college
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PRP
