About Month2Month: As a dynamic and innovative property management company, we specialize in high-quality single-family homes for shorter-term rentals. Our goal is to offer flexible, premium living experiences without the hassle of long-term leases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Develop programs and services that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with Property Managers, housekeeping, maintenance, and materials vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a general manager role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales strategies.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
