Job Overview:
This is a critical role that involves providing administrative support, checking-in new patients, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and utilizing Electronic Medical Records software. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for many clients, so it's essential that you have a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure a friendly and receptive environment for all clients
* Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
* Check-in new patients and verify their information
* Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
* Collect copays and process payments

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K plan. The full-time position has an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday schedule.
