Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the company's commitment to exceptional service.
    • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Develop programs and services that enhance guest satisfaction.
    • Foster and sustain relationships with guests and partners by ensuring regular communication throughout their stay.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a general manager role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales strategies.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
