Role Summary

We are in search of a motivated Partner Sales Executive to enhance our cloud partnerships and alliances division. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and finalizing new business opportunities to stimulate revenue growth for the organization. This position leverages partnerships with hyperscalers as a primary sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with cloud platform sellers within the designated territory to achieve collaborative sales efforts.
  • Work closely with Fractal's industry Practices to articulate Fractal's unique value proposition and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively initiate business development and pre-sales activities to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the pursuit cycle for partner-originated opportunities and enhance deal progression for partner-enabled transactions.
  • Regularly track and report on sales activities, providing updates to management through CRM systems and other reporting mechanisms.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing to secure profitable sales outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, sales, or client success.
  • Proficiency in AI, advanced analytics, cloud data warehousing, and application modernization is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in either a formal sales role or through account management.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler and partner ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with hyperscaler sellers, clients, and internal teams.
  • A confident and innovative thinker capable of adapting to dynamic situations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors that influence compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. The disclosed range is an estimate and may not reflect geographic differentials. Typically, individuals are not hired at the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are based on specific circumstances. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $200,000 - $250,000, with eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee, you will have access to health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans as outlined in the plan documents. Benefits commence on your first day of employment. Additionally, you may participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, subject to applicable plan terms. The Company offers 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave, along with a flexible PTO policy to accommodate sick time or vacation needs.
