Role Summary

We are in search of a results-oriented Partner Sales Executive to contribute to our cloud partnerships and alliances sector. This role, which carries a sales quota, involves the creation and closure of new business opportunities aimed at driving revenue growth. The position emphasizes leveraging partnerships with hyperscalers as a primary market approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with cloud platform sellers within the designated territory to achieve a collaborative sales approach.
  • Work alongside Fractal's industry Practices to articulate Fractal's unique value proposition and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively initiate business development and pre-sales activities to generate a robust pipeline.
  • Oversee the pursuit cycle for partner-originated opportunities and enhance deal momentum for partner-enabled transactions.
  • Continuously track and report on sales activities, providing regular updates to management through CRM systems and other reporting mechanisms.
  • Handle contracts, proposals, and pricing negotiations to secure profitable sales outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, sales, or client success.
  • Proficiency in AI, advanced analytics, cloud data warehousing, and application modernization is essential.
  • Demonstrated history of driving revenue growth in a formal sales role or through informal account/engagement management.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler and partner ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with hyperscaler sellers, clients, and internal teams.
  • A confident and innovative thinker, able to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position considers various factors influencing compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The disclosed range is an estimate and does not account for geographic differentials. Typically, individuals are not hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this position is: $200,000 - $250,000, with eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

Additionally, you may participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, following applicable plan terms. The Company offers 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
