We are in search of a results-oriented Partner Sales Executive to contribute to our cloud partnerships and alliances division. This role, which carries a revenue quota, focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities to propel the company's growth. You will utilize hyperscaler partnerships as a primary channel for market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with cloud platform sellers within the designated territory to facilitate a collaborative sales approach, known as the "sell with" strategy.
  • Work alongside Fractal's industry Practices to effectively communicate Fractal's unique value proposition and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively engage in business development and pre-sales activities to generate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the entire opportunity pursuit cycle for partner-initiated deals and enhance deal progression for partner-supported transactions.
  • Regularly track and report on sales activities, providing updates to management through CRM systems and other reporting mechanisms.
  • Handle contracts, proposals, and pricing discussions to ensure profitable sales outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Over 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, sales, or client success.
  • Proficiency in areas such as AI, advanced analytics, cloud data warehousing, and application modernization is essential.
  • A proven history of driving revenue growth, whether in formal sales roles or through account management.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler and partner ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with hyperscaler sellers, clients, and internal teams.
  • A confident and innovative thinker, capable of swiftly adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. Typically, new hires do not start at the top of the range, and compensation is determined based on individual circumstances. A reasonable estimate for this role is between $200,000 and $250,000, along with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
