Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated Sales Manager to enhance our team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining clientele
- Identify and engage potential clients through diverse outreach methods
- Participate in industry-related events to network and showcase our services
- Craft sales proposals and host client meetings as necessary
- Evaluate business prospects to enhance profitability
- Leverage sales management software to monitor client interactions
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to annual business strategy and financial planning
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
- Outstanding communication skills are essential
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and hotel operations
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate responsibilities effectively
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in hotel sales is a plus
