Job TitleHVAC General Manager

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC General Manager to lead our operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and staff at one of our facilities;
• Execute processes and procedures to drive improvement;
• Create a positive and efficient work environment;
• Partner with sales teams to increase sales;
• Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations;
• Monitor business operations and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed goals;
• Communicate with executive leadership on training, customer service, and personnel matters;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree or relevant experience;
• 3 years of management experience;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to grow and train a team;
• Servant mentality and desire to win;
• Knowledge of HVAC operations;
• Valid driver's license and good driving record;
